It's a new month... time for some new bug fixes!
While Matt is still working on harnessing the book data that we all have contributed to, and making it available for searches, he's also been rather busy fixing other things, and even adding some nifty little features. Read all about it in this Announcements forum post.

With all the hooplah about this book, how could I not read it? Bella, the main character, is not necessarily the best role model for young girls, but then again, who says main characters HAVE to be good role models??? My partner calls this the "Harlequin vampire" series, which I think is apt. It's fun. It's light. Tons of people are reading it.

Well I did enjoy this book (thanks again smilingheron) but I don't think it lived up to the hype. The first half seemed to consist mainly of:

Edward stared at me at lunchtime.
Edward wasn't at school today.
Edward spoke to me in Biology.
Edward stared at me at lunchtime.

If I was a teenager though I expect I would have adored the whole thing!

Bubble-dragon has been going on and on about this series so I thought I should bump it up the list and see what all the fuss (and her obsession) was about.

Okay, it's a good read, Edward seems like a tasty young man but he's not my cup of tea. The story was good fun, and I'll definitely read the rest of the series but not a patch on Harry Potter yet!

Alas, my friend gave it back again, oh well.

Journal Entry 11 by wingAnonymousFinderwing at Mykonos - Μύκονος, Cyclades Greece on Monday, August 10, 2015

Picked up the book in the reception of The Meltemi Village Hotel, in Perissa, Santorini, Greece in July 2015.

Enjoyable, easy, read. Now back in England (U.K.) and I am releasing it to my 12 year old daughter who is keen to read it as a few of her friends really enjoyed the book.
