I'm lukewarm when it comes to Kristin Hannah - I've read some that were quite good, and others that were so-so.
Firefly Lane was good as far as the development of the friendship between Kate and Tully. I liked the way the author took it from inception through their lives, all the way to the end of the book.
It took me a couple of chapters to really get into the book, and there was a plot twist that didn't make me very happy, but it was a good one that I didn't see coming! I'm always happier when I'm surprised!
If it matters, my neighbor Sue gave this one a 10! Thought it was one of the BEST friendship books she's ever read!
