You'll love this one!

i usually read longer books. this book is really short, i read it outloud to my family on a car trip to moab, but it's really good. a great summer read for everyone!

i liked the way it was written... with the boys poetry journal and everything. i also like how it slowly pulls itself together in the end. in the beginning, he writes the poem about how everything depends on a blue car, splattered with mud, driving down the road and, by the end, you find out that, to him, it all did depend on a blue car, splattered with mud, driving down the road because it ended his dogs life. i really liked the book... however, it was a little bit sad! :(
