This is now on its way to themadjock, who would like to read more about Mma Ramotswe.
Received today - thanks again, yorkshire-lass.
Precious Ramotswe, whose engagement to Mr J. L. B. Matekoni is of some long standing, is still unmarried. However her fiancé has things on his mind other than setting a wedding date, notably a frightening demand from Mma Potokwani, pushy matron of the Orphan Farm.
Mma Ramotswe herself has serious issues to consider – a wealthy lady has asked her to check up on several suitors. Are these men interested only in her money? This may be difficult to ascertain, but Mma Ramotswe is, of course, an exceptionally intuitive lady.
Another hugely enjoyable and highly entertaining tale from old Botswana.
