This book is the first collection of short stories by a Maori writer to be published. I've read "The Matriach" by this author and enjoyed it.

My friend found this book on a bank in Paris. Then one person of my family has read it in Gruissan south of France and now it is in New Zealand again in the North Island in Ohakune.
