My next read.

A great read! I was a bit reserved about the style of the writing at first as Death narrates the story and without apologies gives away parts of the future plot before it happens. However, I was quickly absorbed into the lives of the characters and the wartime setting and must admit that I shed a tear at the end (which does not happen often!). I would recommend it to anyone. XX

I have just recieved this one back from my Mum but I'm afraid her computer crashed as she was writing her review & it got completely lost! I won't make her write another one but will just mention that she gave it a glowing 10 out of 10 and she thought it was excellent. Like me it made her cry!

It will now resume its previous position in my permanent collection, am happy to lend but will always want it back again :0)
