I like books from The Magic Tree House Series because they are fun to read and they teach many interesting science and history facts. In this book, the main characters travel through a desert in the Middle East, meet a Bedouin tribe, and learn about the way that they live. It includes camel rides, oases, ancient writings and dangerous sandstorms. WONDERFUL READING!

Received as a surprise RABCK from cbostler and her Oakcrest Eagles. Thank you! I love this series too because it teaches history and ancient history in a fun way. It also stretches the imagination which is always a good thing. My kids haven't read this one, and are looking forward to it.
