This is actually one of my friends books that she wanted to find a good home for and I thought someone might fancy it.
I did read this ages and ages ago and remember enjoying it more than Fever Pitch or About a Boy but I think Nick Hornby is often a more enjoyable read for men than women as the characters resonated more for my husband than for me.

Just not for me. Taking to meet to pass on to new reader.
Enjoyable, but I can't help thinking I'd have liked it more if I'd not seen the film first... Funny that.
