The Lighthouse
1 journaler for this copy...
Purchased to read while on vacation in Maui
Alas, I gave up on this after 180 pages. The plot, the characters, the dialogue-- everything seemed so dry. I found that I didn't care who killed Nathan Oliver. James' writing style left me cold as well.
Released for the Leap into the Wild Challenge.
I'll release this here in Maui -- perhaps on the way to dinner up in Kapalua tomorrow.

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
RELEASE NOTES:
Forgot to take the book along last night...
Released in the take-one-leave-one shelves in the lobby.
Thank you for catching this book! Consider it a gift, but it would be great if you would let us know that the book is safe. You can read it or not, give it to a friend, leave it in a public place, or keep it forever if you want.
You may remain totally anonymous if you choose. The site is totally free (unless, like me, you want to purchase BookCrossing labels & bookmarks as opposed to printing out your own which many members do), there are no strings and no spam is involved. If you choose to join up, I hope you will consider using me, KimKerry, as the one who referred you. I enjoy the idea of sharing books and seeing how they travel, but I realize this idea is not for everyone.
