Not the most riveting mystery I've ever read and I'm fascinated by the speed of travel between Edinburgh and the Orkneys in 1896!

I 'caught' this off the OBCZ shelves this morning. Pennyquilter hasn't given it a sparkling review, but it looks like a fast read and I have a couple of friends who live here part of the year and in the Orkneys the rest of the year, and I'm sure they will enjoy it after me.
