Big Cherry Holler: A Big Stone Gap Novel (Ballantine Reader's Circle)

A novel of love and forgiveness. Written with a dash of folksy humor and wonderful settings of small mountain town Virginia and small mountain town in Italy.
A sequel to the book "Big Stone Gap" but very much a stand alone novel.
Released on Friday, February 28, 2003 at Mardens in Gray, Maine USA.
Not an aficionado of the "happy town" genre, I was not overly thrilled with this book. Once again it turns out it was the heroine’s fault her marriage was in the toilet; and this a few short years after she loses a child to leukemia. Pul-lease! When will women stop beating up other women, even in mere fiction?
