The Glass Castle: A Memoir

I was a bit skeptical of this book at first. Everything I had read and heard about it made it seem implausible, but I found it to be completely credible. I think what made it so was the thread of familial love that wound through it, regardless of the dysfunction levels of the Walls brood. I would recommend this book to everyone, but especially those of us who come from not so perfect homes. Jeannette Walls has many kindred spirits out here.
