Thank you for the Mermaid Chair from my wishlist. It was a brilliant day, meeting up with people that I met last year and new ones that I've talked to online. All your hard work made it a successful day and I for one and I'm sure everyone else are really grateful for all what you have done.
I shall look forward to reading this book. Thank you.

i read this awhile ago and I thought I had done the journal for it and I am so disappointed that I didn't put my thoughts about it down on paper either. I really enjoyed this book and I didn't want to put it in a swap game because I wanted someone to choose it that really wanted to read it and I hope they enjoy it as much as I did. If it hadn't been taken out of a vbb I think I would probably have tried to read it again so that i could put my actual thoughts about the book in a journal Thank you to the committee of the uncon2007 for choosing this book from my wishlist to put in my goody bag.
Sending this off to Sunflowergirl.

The book has just this minute arrived here, thanks for sending it so quickly. :o) I'm really looking forward to reading this. I loved The Secret life of bees by this author so I'm hoping that this one will be as good. I'm going to have to put this on my TBR mountain for now as I'm trying to read all the books that I owe other people at the moment before I read anything else but once I've done that I'll be grabbing this one to read. It's going to be hard to resist it in the meantime as it's a book that's been on my wishlist for ages.

I'm no longer bookcrossing but am making a huge effort to read, journal and release all the books that have come my way via bookcrossing.
This is a novel that I really wanted to read but despite numerous attempts, I just cannot get into it. I'm so disappointed as it's a novel I wanted to like. I've now decided to let it go and hope that it finds another reader who will enjoy it.
