Pre-numbered label used for registration.
Another book from Mom.
Connie Willis is one of my all-time favorite authors (when pressed to name one single book I like the best, I usually mention her "To Say Nothing of the Dog"), but this wasn't my favorite of her books. It has some interesting ideas, and some interesting ideas, but at the risk of sounding spoiler-ish, a horribly unsatisfactory ending, at least for me. And no matter how much I like a book, if the ending is bad, it's hard to come away with a good impression! Others may like it though; it just didn't suit my personal taste.
