Read the Alchemist which is written by the same author. Then went through a phase of reading everything I could find written by him, have now slightly OD-ed on the Coelho effect so I'm releasing this without reading it. I'm sure it's a lovely read, it's just sometimes you can have too much of a good thing...and I've had a lot of his good thing.
