I purchased this book several years ago second-hand. I don't remember whether it came from my favorite used bookshop in Huntsville, Alabama (The Booklegger) or if it was sold on eBay.

I was extremely interested in the material at the time, but now I should share it since I doubt I'll re-read it. So many books, so little time!
