It is about bats, how could I pass up a novel that involves bats.
Unwrapped as part of the bookexchange. Looks very interesting and I know another Aussie who might enjoy it after me. Thanks :)
This book bugged me in the beginning, but I persisted and it was worth it, I found I wanted to know what happened to them all, though I thought they all made some stupid decisions.
Sending on to Woosang who I thought might enjoy it.
Thanks for the reminder Wendy, it seems I have a desk filled with unjournalled books. Sorry! It has arrived safely here. Thanks for the gifts

Australian Bookcrossing convention 2007 in Melbourne CBD, Victoria Australia on Monday, October 1, 2007
Released 16 yrs ago (10/5/2007 UTC) at Australian Bookcrossing convention 2007 in Melbourne CBD, Victoria Australia
WILD RELEASE NOTES:
RELEASE NOTES:
Released at the 2007 Melbourne Bookcrossing Convention
Picked up at the convention. Will go on my TBR pile for now.
I'm not too sure how I feel about this book - at first I didn't think I would like it, and would perhaps not finish it, but as I kept reading it seemed to get easier. I can't say I was completely liking it by the end, but I didn't dislike it either. I think I just didn't connect with any of the characters...
Will be released soon
I no longer appear to have this book, so it must have been released some time in the past without being journalled. For now I will change the status to travelling and hope someone journals it in the future.

So I recently had a realistic look at my "to-be-read" pile, and realised that even if I did nothing but read books for the rest of my life, I would never get through them!
So I've decided to keep some and let the rest (including this book) go.
At least this way they might be useful and actually get read, rather than sitting on my shelf for another decade!
