I was totally disappointed by this series. I picked it up anticipating some original literary ideas and novel way of looking at The End Of The World, and the bazillion-book series ended up being very slow paced, packed with generic characters, and completely non-descriptive about what it's *supposed* to be about (the End of the Days). I would have appreciated it if he'd maybe condensed them all into one, single book, and added more than two sentences per book about the plagues and other things that strike the world down.
