It's heeee - urrrrr! (thank you, lane!) Thud! That's the sound of it falling off the top of Mount TBR. I don't know when I'll read it, but I promise you that I will read it ~ I just love Michael Connelly - I haven't read a book by him yet that I haven't enjoyed.

I finally got around to reading this one! Little by little I'm plowing through Mount TBR, but it's a slow journey for sure!

I was a little disappointed with this book as it was not one of Connelly's better stories. I found it rather dry. The switched bodies of Moore and Zurillo turned out be a shocker, as did Moore's "finding out who [he] was," but other than that, there was no climax and the ending was flat. It was interesting to follow Bosch as he traveled to Mexico to unravel the mystery of who killed Cal Moore, though. That was an interesting addendum, and it added flavor to an otherwise lackluster story.
