This is one I remember reading over and over again when I was younger... it inspired quite a bit of off and on journal writing that generally didn't continue very long. Inevitably I'd spend pages explaining how I hadn't written in a while, and had really intended to, and then try to catch up on absoluetly EVERYTHING that had happened since the last entry. lol.
Anyway, I don't remember where I got this copy from originally, because it was so long ago. It's a good book, and a true story. As the title suggests, it is the diary of a young girl named Ann Frank, who went into hiding from the Nazis with her family during World War II.

sooo for sophomore year of high school english class, we're required to read two books, anne frank being one of them. i was in my basement looking for a mouse to use with my laptop, and i stumbled upon this book sitting on the table and decided to do this whole thingy and enter it online...and eventually start reading it for school......................................eventually! hahaha i dont know where it was found that i came across it in my basement, but after reading it and using it to write the essay required for school, i'm thinking that i will take a nice day trip to new york or new jersey and "lose it" somewhere :]
