On picnic table near car park.

I found the book on a picnic table in the car park area where the first of the Caledonian Canal Locks operates. I noticed this object on the table, and being curious, went to look. I was delighted to find a book from bookcrossing. I had heard of the 'catch and release" book activity, and, as an ex-librain, took great pleasure in actually finding a book. I didn't have time to register the book until I returned home to Washington State in the USA. While I would not have purchased this book, I enjoyed the experience of reading a book I had found in this way. I thought the book was only so-so, but I will release it so that it may continue its journey.
