It's a new month... time for some new bug fixes!
While Matt is still working on harnessing the book data that we all have contributed to, and making it available for searches, he's also been rather busy fixing other things, and even adding some nifty little features. Read all about it in this Announcements forum post. The Conversations at Curlow Creek

This book covers the conversations between a prisoner, member of a bushranging gang in the early years of the Australian colony, and the man overseeing his execution. There is a link between them, but the prisoner is not aware of it.
I found this book a bit hard to get into - but that is partly because I had just been reading a trashy, easy read, whereas Conversations at Curlow Creek requires a little more work from the reader. But the work is rewarded, I think.

I recently attended a reading by David Malouf which I enjoyed very much. Sadly I'm embarassed to say I haven't read anything by this famous australian author who grew up in the same city I did - Brisbane.
I had a quick look and it looks interesting. I'm not sure when I'll get to read it but it will resurface sometime.
