This is a pretty incredible story, and that's why I've hung onto it for years (it's been in my parents' basement, though, and they asked me to clear some of my stuff out, so it's being set free). I still got goosebumps reading the last pages, and tears in my eyes. What he managed to accomplish for blind people by creating this alphabet - and promoting it when nobody even believed it was real! - is truly amazing, and inspiring.
