You will be sending the book to the person who appears after you in the list, so you need to PM them to get their address!

It's not a race, but please read and send the book on as speedily as you can, other people are dying to read it too.

Please journal the book once you have received it (so we all know where it currently is) and again when you have read it (so we know what you thought of it!)

I've changed this to a ray so if you're the last person on the list, feel free to pass the book onto a friend.

Synopsis
When a new NASA satellite spots evidence of an astonishingly rare object buried deep in the Arctic ice, the floundering space agency proclaims a much-needed victory...a victory that has profound implications for U.S. space policy and the impending presidential election. With the Oval Office in the balance, the President dispatches White House Intelligence analyst Rachel Sexton to the Milne Ice Shelf to verify the authenticity of the find. Accompanied by a team of experts, including the charismatic academic Michael Tolland, Rachel uncovers the unthinkable: evidence of scientific trickery -- a bold deception that threatens to plunge the world into controversy. But before Rachel can contact the President, she and Michael are attacked by a deadly team of assassins controlled by a mysterious power broker who will stop at nothing to hide the truth. Fleeing for their lives in an environment as desolate as it is lethal, their only hope for survival is to find out who is behind this masterful ploy. The truth, they will learn, is the most shocking deception of all.

Received today and looking forward to the read (it's next in line but the current book is huge, so will still take me some days to read...).

Fantastic. Joined this ring after reading the Da Vinci Code and getting hooked on Dan Brown, and sure enough this was no let-down! I only had limited time for reading due to visit from mother but it was hard each night to put this book down to get some sleep...it is just sooo exciting! Like the Da Vinci Code it is of course totally OTT in that everything always goes right for the book's heroes and wrong for their opposition in a way that would never happen in real life, but if you can ignore that fact while reading it's just great... THANKS FOR SHARING!

Received today a couple before it, but should be done in a couple of weeks. Thanks for sending Coolboxuk and thanks for sharing LittleMoo.

I think this is one of Brown's earliest books and he has refined his style a little afterwards. I agree with the comments made by coolboxuk about the large bias to the good guys but it is an edge of your seat pageturner.

I think the best thing about his books is how he builds a case to make you believe someone is the bad guy, knock it down and then do the same thing again. Maybe that's why he's so popular.

I have traceydw's address and will send this week. Thanks for sharing.

Received today - thanks molekilby - perfect timing as I'm just between books so this will go straight to the top of the pile.

A real page-turner that I enjoyed reading but somehow can't remember much of now that I've finished! You can certainly see the similarities in style with his other books.

Posted off to sunflowergirl yesterday.

The book arrived here this morning, thank you. I do have three ring books to read ahead of it but I shouldn't be too long getting to it.

A friend has just given me a copy of Deception Point as a gift so I'm going to send your ring book on. Thanks for letting me join the ring though, I appreciate it.

spacecadetlv426 has asked to be skipped as he is snowed under with work at the moment and won't have much time for reading.

I've just PM'd the next person on the list so once I have their address I'll get the book moving again.

A private message to go to the person who sent it on to me! BIG SMILES... someone I work with loved the "gift" so much she photocopied them! Maybe, I could part with one.... I will have to think!
