Received this book from the generous tabby-cat-owner along with some other goodies including 2 bonus books from my wishlist, an Arizona postcard, some bookmarks, and a rabbit magnet. Thanks so much! The magnet is very appropriate as I spot rabbits on my walk to and from the train station every day. Lots of baby ones around at the moment!
This book took me ages to read! It was OK, but not one of my favourites from the BBC Big Read top 100. Back into the 1001-library it goes.
