I enjoy P.J.'s writing. Some people believe he is a liberal's liberal. He is actually a reformed from liberalism republican. Does that make him a moderate?
This book tells about his work covering the Gulf War and other hot spots in the world. An interesting read considering the outlook for war in Iraq at present.

P. J. is up to his usual satire and humor which I like! I am about half through the book and intend to send it on. My "motor homeing" son brought the book to me during his travels, however, I don't think he registered with BookCrossing. I'll fix that when I see him again!

I've been quite delinqent in my journaling, but better late than never... I caught this book at The Depot House Espresso Cafe in May of 2003 and carried it with me for a number of months while I crossed to the East coast. As I recall, I passed it on to my Pop in September of 2003. I found the book to be just OK compared to other O'Rourke books I've read. I tend to not like like collections of articles or short stories as much as regular books.
