Within the first few pages of this book i was horrified but yet still gripped. Much sobbing later I finally finnished. Not recommended if you just want a light read. An amazingly brave author.

I found this book at the internet cafe in The Centre MK whilst I was bookcrossing some of my own there. After reading the reviews I don't think this is for me! I cry when I see roadkill in the road. I'll be sobbing! Will pass on ASAP, so it can continue it's journey.

This book was a real life, harrowing story of a brutal rape. How the author recovered from it and how she decided to save herself or be unsaved.
I really enjoyed this book considering it wasn't the type I normally read.
I am passing this on at the weekend (8-9 Dec)to my mother in law in Scarborough who will proably read and then pass on to the MS Society, Scarborough branch book collection.
