It's a new month... time for some new bug fixes!
While Matt is still working on harnessing the book data that we all have contributed to, and making it available for searches, he's also been rather busy fixing other things, and even adding some nifty little features. Read all about it in this Announcements forum post.True History of the Kelly Gang
2 journalers for this copy...
from amazon:
In a dazzling act of ventriloquism, Peter Carey gives Ned Kelly a voice so wild, passionate and original that it is impossible not to believe that the famous bushranger himself is speaking from beyond the grave. True History of the Kelly Gang is the song of Australia, and it sings its protest in a voice at once crude and delicate, menacing and heart-wrenching. Carey gives us Ned Kelly as orphan, as Oedipus, as horse thief, farmer, bushranger, reformer, bank-robber, police-killer and, finally, as his country's beloved Robin Hood.

Picked up at the Chertsey Meet-Up tonight.
Mr Amanida gives it a generous "7". Still tbr by me.
Fascinating story, but very sad. Actually, I didn't find it a particularly enjoyable read, but somehow compulsive. I read it in Perth, Western Australia and on the trip there. Passed on to a friend in Perth, but he will probably bring it back to UK.
Read by geoffswimmer and son of geoffswimmer while on holiday on Lanzarote. Now back home in my hands.
Passed on to chrisworm.
