Thank you so much, tireddebb!! This is the first time I've had someone send me a RABCK that they saw on my Cliff's Wish List. How fun!!! I can't wait to read this book. Thanks again!
Gah, it's taken me way too long to get this book moved from my TBR, but it was so worth the wait. Thank you again, tireddebb, for the RABCK. GOOD GRIEF was an incredibly moving tale that made me really appreciate all that life has to offer, good and bad. The main character's life could be anyone's. In the blink of an eye anything can happen to anyone of us, and if it does it's all up to us to see how we move forward.
For Sophie, it started out rough, as is to be expected, but her story shows there can be more to life after death than just sadness, hopelessness, loneliness, and loss. Her story shows there are always positive ways to reconstruct and redirect our lives, no matter the reason we've been thrown from our original path.
I laughed and I cried. And I came to appreciate all the little things in life just a little bit more.
GOOD GRIEF is a poignantly beautiful story of love and loss, and what it takes to come back from such a heart breaking experience. I highly recommend this book to any reader who enjoys to be so completely drawn into the story that you can hardly put the book down. If this book doesn't move you, I'm not sure what will. :)
****This will be included in a CONTROLLED RELEASE on February 4th at a local Books & Coffee Night book exchange****
