I started reading this a couple of nights ago when I was planning on having an early night, and ended up taking it to bed to finish it.
In one season of Sex and The City, I forget which, Carrie's columns are collected and released as a book - and this is the real-life version.
Quick, light and funny, sometimes a little world-weary but never cynical, and always full of hope - and there's some good advice in here too.
