It's a new month... time for some new bug fixes!
While Matt is still working on harnessing the book data that we all have contributed to, and making it available for searches, he's also been rather busy fixing other things, and even adding some nifty little features. Read all about it in this Announcements forum post.Small Gods: A Novel of Discworld (Discworld Novels (Paperback))
4 journalers for this copy...
One of the more enjoyable Discworld books, and completely away from the usual run of characters.
Brutha, a novice in the religion of the great god Om, is the only person who actually believes in him and the only person who can hear the god, in the form of a tortoise, speak. This leads Brutha into a series of events what change the paths of entire nations.
Dark at times, funny at others, this is a very good book.

Ah, perfect timing- I finished what I was currently reading just this morning, and this arrived safely in this afternoon's mail.
Thanks for including me, Earthdance, and I will journal as soon as I'm thru.

Okay, this was fun. I was first introduced to Pratchett's work by reading "Good Omens", and since I was already a Gaiman fan, I thought this the perfect opportunity to try Pratchett on his own merits. And, while this was witty, and clever, and entertaining enough, I don't know that I'll search out others.
But, I appriciate you sharing this, Earthdance, and as soon as I've obtained ellemeth's addy, this will be on its way! *mailed 6/05

Thanks! I'll get started on it when I get back early Sunday morning. (I'm going to Vegas for the day and I'll be reading on the flight but since it's a ring book, I'd hate to lose it so I'll let it stay home.)
