The Moor (Mary Russell Novels (Paperback))

This is the 4th book in a series where Laurie King has sucesfully brought Sherlock Holmes back to a life of solving cases. She has, to quote The Washington Post Book World, " managed to preserve the integrity of Holmes's character and yet somehow conjured up a woman astute, edgy, and compelling enough to be the partner of his mind as well as his heart." I am enjoying this series and devoured this book as soon as I got it. I think The Moor is one of the weaker books in the series, but as a fan of the series I enjoyed how the author has develoted most of the book to developing Russell's character and the marital relationship between she and Holmes.
