Having never really got over my anger at the UK governments tardy response to the HIV/AIDS crisis & the unnecessary death from AIDS & Hepatitis of boys (with haemophilia)I knew from school, I was hesitant to read about the American frontline experience. However I was moved by this poignant and insightful account of a doctor in the age of AIDS.
