i have had a love affair with sark books since about age 15. sark reminds us that we can all be artists, healers, teachers, writers, adventurers, and that each of these things are much more about process than product. she promotes self-love, self-exploration and self-expression and inspires us to live our everyday life in the most alive, creative and nourishing way we can. i reread her books every time i feel like i'm in a rut, and they always reinvigorate my sense of what is possible.
