Pleasant easy read with believable characters. Mary's childhood left her with mafia connections and men who want too much, which she seemed destinted to provide. She learned to entertain men by standing on tables and singing her childish songs. As an adult, her mother's insecurities linger on her mind when her truck driving husband is always late coming home. While it feeds her imagination at times, Mary learns to handle him and the other men in her life as time goes by. Published in 2004 at a price of $23.00 and $33.00 in Canada. This book is in very good conditon. Hardcover with dustjacket.

got it the other day. Beginning was really good, and the middle it kinda died for a bit. Im on page 175 and has just recently started to pick up again. Cant wait to read what the endings like.
