zweisprachiges Buch. Ich lese es auf Deutsch (aber manchmal gucke ich auf die Englische Seite).

For the most part, an interesting book. I was a little disappointed with the ending though. The type we always got in trouble for in English as an unimaginative way to end a story.

I read the German version, but had to glance over at the English at times, especially where there was a play on words that didn't translate too well-- for example, when the mouse tells of a long and sad tale; tale is translated to Geshichte, but then it does not make sense when Alice says, "It certainly is a long tail, but why do you call it sad?" The play on the words tale and tail is not conveyed in the German. --(in other cases, the translator had managed to convey the meaning in the new language).

I plan a wild release for the book, so perhaps someone can enjoy reading it the other way, in its original Sprache.
