Borges' collection of short stories is absolutely breathtaking in both its scope and style. If 'The Library of Babel' was all that Borges wrote, his career would have been worth it for that alone, but combined with the rest of the stories in this tome, his brilliance is obvious. It makes you want to learn spanish just to read him.
