This was a book I'd always wanted to read after seeing an interview with the author when the book was first published.
It describes the world if the Nazi's had won WWII. Unfortunately it wasn't the book I was hoping it to be - there are only a few intriguing insights into the world, most of the plot being taken up with a crime mystery.
However the twists and turns of the story pull you along to the very last page and get you rooting for the central character.
