Have a good time with this book!
Sorry for this late journal entry, somehow I missed it. And no, it is not telepathy that this book got in my hands nearly 200 kilometers away from the Siemens Tower. I asked a friend in Mülheim to go hunting for me, maybe soon he will do a release for me too.
About the book: I already tried to read it but it is too complicated for me.

I picked up the book yesterday at the meetup out of the heap on the revolving table. Thanks to melone for bringing it along to the meetup.

I gave the book one chance. After 10 pages I gave up not only because of the storry but because of the language. I read quite some books in English (Terry Pratchett, Robert Jordan), but this seemed to be a different type of vocabulary.
If anyone is interested in the book - PM me. Otherwise I will put it back into wilderness soon.

I put the book into a post box yesterday. It is on it's way to samulli now.
I hope you will enjoy the book!
I hope you will enjoy the book!
Arrived here safe and sound.
Because my Mt. TBR has reached a dangerous height, it will have to wait a bit for its turn, but I will definitely give it a try. From the few pages I skimmed over already it the prose reminds me a bit of the old-fashioned Jane Austen-style. We'll see.
Meanwhile Merry Christmas everyboday!

I just couldn't get into this book, so I finally decided to give it a chance to find some other reader. I left it on the mantel in the lounge of the Palmer's Lodge Hostel in London.
