3 journalers for this copy...
I didn't actually "read" this one... I listened to it on books on cd while driving back and forth to work. I saw it at Dollar Tree and bought 2, one to release and one to keep. :)

WILD RELEASE NOTES:
RELEASE NOTES:
I picked up this book today at Pikes Perk West. This is serendipitous because mommienessa and I tried for quite a while to get together so she could give me this book (the failure of that meeting is entirely due to my negligence). Thank you, Vanessa. It will be quite a while before I get to it, but I will read this book.
I completely forgot I had this book!
I included it in the Swap Up Mt. TBR Bookbox.

A novel of four generations of African-American women based on the author's family. The family's roots go back to a Creole plantation on the Cane River. This was an interesting story of the vast injustices the family endured and their resilience.
