My first grade students enjoy reading the Biscuit books independently.

These My First I Can Read books are about the adventures of a lovable small yellow puppy.

In Biscuit's New Trick, he learns to fetch a ball.

Hope you enjoy this book as much as my students did!

In commemoration of Dr. Seuss' birthday yesterday,

Sending this book to first graders in Juneau, Alaska! Enjoy!

Hi,
I caught the book when a school in California mailed it to a first grade class in my school. Our students work at home and send their work to teachers in Juneau to be graded. This book about Biscuit is now going by boat to Shelter Island where a first grader lives with his parents who run a fishing lodge. His dad will pick it up for him when the water is calm enough for him to bring the school work to town. San Francisco, find a good map of Southeast Alaska and see if you can find Shelter Island. Thanks for the book!

I live on a remote island in Alaska, Shelter Island. I go to school at home. My teacher sent it to me. I read it during reading time.
I plan to send it to my friend Cristina who lives in Juneau, Alaska and sometimes comes to the island.
We think BookCrossing is a great idea!!!!!

A neighbor (Cristina) passed this book along to us after she read it. We love Biscuit! I think we might send this book to some friends on the east coast...
