Bought in a library sale. This should be fun - Tom Holt's comic fantasies are clever and amusing.

Not that funny, and had a few too many extraneous concepts thrown into the mix.
Some nice ideas - the knights are depicted as overgrown public schoolboys - but didn't go anywhere very interesting with them.

Didn't grab me as much as some of his books, maybe he was working to a deadline? Some good ideas - I like Atlantis - and fun bits, but some unexplained bits as well. On the whole, good fun, but I'd expected more.
