Strawberry Whip

From the 19th Hole at the PCA National in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, comes the Strawberry Whip. It's said that this drink can do wonders for your golf game.

1/2 cup fresh strawberries
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
1/2 cup strawberry yogurt
1 tablespoon honey
Fresh strawberry for garnish

Place all ingredients in the container of a blender. Blend for a few seconds. Serve in a tall, chilled glass. Garnish with fresh strawberry.

Serves 1.
