I found this book at the "Give a Book, Take a Book" box in my gym. Plan to read it as my J Book for the New Author's A-Z challenge. Will journal again when I'm done.
I really enjoyed reading this love story. I especially enjoyed the aspects of Chinese Culture following the Cultural Revolution that were infused through out this book. I would recommend this book to anyone seeking an easy read with great characters. I may pass this one along to my sister.
My sister gave this back to me today so I could share it with others. Still can't get her to join or journal but she says that she enjoyed the book.

I found the book on the staircase at work. When I realized that it wasn't lost and saw the title "Waiting" I couldn't resist reading it. An easy read. I enjoyed reading about city v. country life in China during the cultural revolution.
