Six teenagers spend five idyllic days camping in a remote and tranquil beauty spot called Hell. But when they return to their homes, they find their families gone, their farms deserted and the animals lying dead in the fields. That's when they begin to understand the real meaning of hell.
What a great read -this was a book I had difficultly putting down and now I want to find out what happens next so it looks like I will be ignoring Mt TBR for a while and paying a visit to the library to find the rest.

My dad was in Dunedian for a tramp and found it while he was there. He found at rebound books. He brought it home with him up to hamilton. I plan to send it to a friend who lives in Napier and hope she passes it on.
