It took me a little bit to get into this book, but I ended up really liking it. I liked the technique the author used of using several narrators, and I really liked the fact that the primary narrator, Amanda, wasn't totally up front with her information. She left important pieces out only to fill them in later, like leading you down the path with breadcrumbs. I found myself absorbed in the story by the end and really wondering what happened the night of Mattie's death. That scene stayed with me for a while. I will wild-release this book, as soon as I think of the best place to do it.
