Sent to Asia

I was surprised to find a book by Lousia May Alcott that wasn't in the Little Women genre. It was interesting with themes that resonnated of Bronte and Jane Eyre. It's not my most favorite book, but I enjoyed getting into another era's writing style. I'm not sure how this book traveled from Malaysia to Vietnam, but I can imagine. I travel a lot and work with others who do to and we're always swapping books. In fact, I'm not sure exactly where I picked this one up, but I knew that after an extra busy month, I'd be looking for some leisure reading in Sept so over the summer I collected a small pile. Yestday, I picked this one up and discovered a fun book as well as a fun group. This is my first bookcrossing interaction.
