Must be read with the understanding that the author worked for 3 Republican and 1 Democratic President in an increasingly important series of positions and that these positions gave him access to information and an expertise in counterterrorism. The book should be compared to "Against All Enemies" which appears to tell some of the same story but from the POV of the Principals of the Bush II administration.

This book must be read before any decision is made on the November 04 vote.
