This book was a truly inspirational read. One woman's battle to gain asylum in America after escaping Africa due to the threat of female genital mutilation and marriage to a man with 3 existing wives. Due to the escalating problem of refugees today it is highly relevant and gives an insight into the 'refugees' perspective.
