Reading this on the recommendation of fellow BCers.

I can understand why this author has such a loyal fan base. This book is well plotted and paced, with fully realized characters and enough foreshadowing to make you want to keep going in the series. I haven't run out to buy the next book mainly because of some pretty explicit content (which admittedly isn't really gratuitous since it does further the plot). If I wait long enough I'll probably forget enough detail to want to read more to find out what happens to this most likeable pair.
